The checker accepts crystal structure file with coordinates and optional connectivity. It derives connectivity from coordinates using bonding radii sum heuristic. If the uploaded file has connectivity information, a comparison between the given and the derived connectivity is made and the differences are reported. Output format 'sdf' can be selected to return a SDF file with the derived connectivity.
